Looking through some of the listings of the seller you note I don't see a alarm. I'm no expert on what guns Paul had or not. Many guns are sold with a story, some with paper work, some with authenticated paper work. As you stated guns with stories, and questionable paper work is just another used gun. Always, buyer beware. Ask question of seller.

You only need to look at recent selling prices. I had over a dozen guns on my "watch list" and couldn't touch them when the auctions approached their final hours. People are paying high prices while they have the money. Summer and the winter holidays are the best times to buy.

If you want use Gun Broker to sell guns in a manner which would otherwise require an FFL then the answer would be no. If you are buying guns with the intention of resale then you are acting as a dealer and it does not matter if the actual transfer takes place through a third party because you are the person actually making the sale.

That is a good question. (about list of states that require BP guns FFL before the seller ships to a buyer) I always ask the GB seller before I bid if they require a FFL for their BP gun to be shipped. My state to receive does not require but some states require such before shipping.

When guns arrived @ my dealer for inspection it was obvious that Both had been re blued...They were returned. This man WROTE A BOOK on Winchesters and to try to sell refinished guns as new ones is not excusable.
