I’m in the academy and for whatever reason I get really nervous through the scenarios. Any help with that . Also what to expect in each of the scenarios and what they might be? I’ve read the scenario grading guide but still sometimes they throw things in there .
Is failing a polygraph and getting hired possible? - Officer.com
The standard practice is for the Polygraph Examiner to report his/her findings to the Chief, or Officer who actually does the hiring. If an applicant appears to be a viable candidate by virtue of a favorable Background Investigation, and other hiring criteria, a Chief can, and on occasion, does hire an applicant who has failed a Polygraph.
