One officer stood at the front of the bus without blocking the aisle, another stood at the back of the bus. The third officer, starting at the back of the bus, began questioning passengers on travel plans and sought to match passengers with luggage overhead. During his questioning, the officer did not block the exit path of passengers.

Though the mentors at LAPD haven't yet received dates for 2021, likely due to budget issues, so it may be awhile. In the interim, I want to be as prepared as possible

Hello, when I did the Citizen Police Academy four years ago we learned that Police are not required to read your rights as part of performing an arrest. They passed around a sheet the rights written on them, is this common? Also is it common practice to read directly from the card/sheet? Thanks.
